About the Role

Craftpath Global Training Centre is looking for a highly skilled and versatile ICT & Digital Skills Trainer to deliver practical training in our ICT and Digital Skills Department. The trainer will be responsible for teaching a variety of technology, computer, and digital marketing courses as offered within Craftpath’s curriculum.

The ideal candidate should be innovative, confident, and able to guide learners of all levels — from beginners to advanced — using practical, hands-on teaching methods that match Craftpath’s standards for quality training.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Social Media Training

• Teach Digital Marketing & Social Media Strategy.
  
• Train learners in content creation using Canva, CapCut, and smartphone photography/videography.
  
• Guide students on social media management for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business.
• Assist learners in developing online branding, content planning, and digital portfolios.

ICT & Computer Skills Training

• Teach Computer Applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and internet basics.
  
• Train students on online tools, digital productivity, file management, and typing skills.
  
• Support basic website design and management using WordPress.
  
• Provide instruction on general ICT literacy, cybersecurity awareness for beginners, and safe digital practices.

Training Delivery & Student Support

• Conduct physical and online classes (Zoom).
  
• Prepare lesson notes, training materials, and assessments.
  
• Evaluate learner progress through quizzes, assignments, and projects.
  
• Provide mentorship to students pursuing digital skills for employment or business growth.
• Maintain class records, attendance and performance reports.

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in ICT, Information Technology, Digital Media, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  
• Demonstrated practical skills in:
  • MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    
  • Canva and CapCut
    
  • Social media management
    
  • Digital marketing fundamentals
    
  • Basic WordPress website design
    
• Teaching experience or training experience in a TVET, learning centre, or corporate training environment is an added advantage.
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to teach beginners in a clear, simple, and practical manner.
• Passionate about digital literacy and youth empowerment.
