About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Principal to lead our training centre. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vocational education and a proven ability to inspire both trainers and students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversee day-to-day operations of the institution.
• Supervise trainers and ensure quality in program delivery.
• Coordinate class schedules, admissions, and assessments.
• Maintain discipline, professionalism, and student welfare.
• Oversee curriculum implementation and compliance with TVET standards.
• Drive innovation and program development.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a trainer in a vocational institution.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven administrative experience.
• Passion for youth training and empowerment.
